Cancellation Policy

No Refunds. When you book a spot online I have to reserve the studio and block off that time slot in which I could have had another booking. The deposit is not refrunable. You may reschedule if a spot is available only. (Deposit must be paid again, the studio is rented by the hour and they do not grant refunds on same day bookings nor can we reschedule that time) we can reschedule and rebook if available.
